CoA-OMP programs who submitted a Self Study in the previous fiscal year or those programs who are currently in the Self Study process do not need to submit an Annual Report. Annual fees apply to all programs. Annual Reports and Annual fees are due every year by October 31.
If a program submits an Annual Report one (1) month late, that program will be assessed a $50 late fee. If a program submits an Annual Report two (2) months late, that program will be assessed a $100 late fee and put on Administrative Probation.
